Deliveries Within Accra (Local Apps)
For our customers in Accra, we use third-party delivery services (such as Yango, Bolt, Glovo, Kofabra or local dispatch apps) to ensure you get your books as fast as possible.
• Dynamic Pricing: Delivery fees are determined by the delivery app based on your specific location and real-time demand.
• Payment: You will pay the delivery fee directly to the rider upon arrival or as a separate charge at the time of dispatch.
• Estimated Rates: While rates vary, most deliveries within central Accra typically range between GH₵ 15.00 and GH₵ 40.00.

Nationwide Shipping (Outside Accra)
For orders outside the Greater Accra Region, customer will be contacted to confirm delivery details and schedule a delivery process they are convenience with.

Processing Your Order
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Packaging Promise
We know how much "book people" care about condition! All orders are packed in [e.g., moisture-resistant wrap or padded envelopes] to ensure your books arrive without bent corners or scratches.

Tracking & Communication
Once your books are on their way:
• For Accra Deliveries: The dispatch rider will call you on the number provided to coordinate the exact drop-off.
• For Nationwide Shipping: You will receive delivery details via email or SMS to monitor your parcel.
