How much is delivery to my area in Accra?
Because we use real-time delivery apps, the cost depends on your exact distance from our dispatch point. When your order is ready, we book a rider, and the app calculates the fare. You’ll pay this amount directly to the rider.

Can I track my Accra delivery?
Yes! Once we request a rider for your books, we can share the live tracking link with you via WhatsApp or SMS so you can see exactly where your books are.

What happens if I’m not home when the rider arrives?
The delivery apps usually have a short waiting window. Please ensure your phone is reachable so the rider can coordinate the drop-off. If a re-delivery is needed, a new delivery fee will apply.

Do you deliver on weekends?
We process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be sent out first thing Monday morning.

How are the books protected during delivery?
We know that "book lovers" hate dented covers! Every book from Frantill Books is securely wrapped in moisture-resistant packaging to protect it from dust, rain, and transit handling.
